Voice Performer Call Out - Stammering Against Truth

Our latest audition call out is now open. We are seeking a female-sounding voice performer, voiced aged 30s - 50s for this deeply personal memoir of trauma and hope.

Stammering Against Truth by Wen Gibson is a powerful and empowering book. It traces and locates the pathway from disabling abuse, to a joyous victory. Written in first person by the author, using all her training as a counsellor, it casts a stunning beam of light onto a subject that is usually gagged. Stammering takes the gag off. Instead of being the story of a victim, this is the story of courageous clarity and healing. 

This book comes with a Trigger Warning: This book includes scenes of emotional, physical and sexual distress and violence. Please take care in considering if this project may be right for you.
